The first end-to-end automated aviation cargo unloading platform, using computer vision and robotics to convert ULD pallets into client-ready ground pallets in real-world operating environments. One platform replaces the work of an entire loading crew, 24/7 — eliminating manual handling costs, lifting injuries, and shift-coverage headaches.

Designed for real aviation ULD pallets. The depalletizer processes cargo arriving directly from aircraft — pallets up to 3,200 × 2,600 × 3,000 mm in size and up to 5,000 kg in weight. It handles both standardised cargo dimensions and easily adapts to mixed, varying box sizes on the same pallet.
Unlike conventional systems built for controlled warehouse conditions, DUND operates with the unpredictable, weather-exposed, net-secured cargo that comes off a real aircraft hold — without any configuration changes.
One operator oversees the full process for multiple systems.

A multi-sensor vision array maps every box on the ULD pallet in real time. A robotic arm with vacuum gripper lifts each box — deformed, wet or tilted up to 45° — and places it on the conveyor.

Computer vision and contextual reading algorithms scan the shipping labels directly off each box on the conveyor — regardless of color, placement, orientation or damage — and match them against the cargo manifest in under 1 second. No barcode required, no manual handling.

Palletizer robot picks sorted boxes and builds dedicated ground pallets per client. Multiple client pallets are constructed in parallel — fully transport-ready.

Place a box on the table and in about one second it reads the labels and matches them against the manifest — instantly showing which client it belongs to and where it goes. Lightweight, cable-free and on wheels, it rolls straight to the pallet.
Same DUND scanning intelligence as the full autonomous platform — packaged for teams that aren't ready for a full robotic line yet.

DUND has completed a full product development cycle — from initial research and proof-of-concept to a production-grade system operating 24/7 in real-world airport cargo environments. One team. Full cycle. From code to cargo floor.

Our team includes professionals with hands-on experience across the aviation cargo chain — from warehouse floor loading operations to senior management decisions in the industry.
Precise, high-speed handling in complex unstructured environments — programming industrial robotic arms for demanding real-world conditions.
Custom vision systems built from scratch — multi-sensor arrays for real-time 3D pallet mapping and grasp planning.
Extracting text and structured data from complex real-world images. Contextual logic + OCR turns raw label imagery into reliable cargo information.
Complete automation lines across manufacturing and aviation logistics — full ownership from concept to live production.
Proven experience handling requirements no off-the-shelf system can meet. DUND itself was built on this foundation.

We recommend starting with Model A (Pay-per-Weight) — no upfront investment, DUND covers hardware, operators and support, and you only pay for what you process. Once the system proves itself in your operation, you can transition to Model B (License-Based) and take full ownership of the hardware on your own terms.
Use the complete end-to-end system or deploy only the modules you need. Depalletizing, scan-and-sort, and palletizing can each be used independently and integrated into your existing cargo workflow.

A fully automated platform that depalletizes, scans and sorts, and palletizes cargo as one continuous flow — running 24/7 at an average of 30 minutes per 100-box pallet.
Depending on the chosen model, the client takes ownership of the full system HW setup.
Web-based portal with full cargo data, analytics and manifest management.
DUND handles setup, calibration, operator training and ongoing support.
